Account & Data Deletion Request

At VETRA MARKETPLACE LIMITED, we respect your privacy and provide transparent control over your personal data. In accordance with Google Play User Data policies, this page explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your Street League 1v1 user account and associated personal data.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account and data deletion using either of the following methods:

Option A: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1 Open the Street League 1v1 app on your Android device.

2 Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile tab.

3 Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.

4 Tap "Delete & Close Account" and confirm your request.

Your session will immediately terminate and your account will be marked for permanent deletion.

Option B: Web Request Form / Email (If App is Uninstalled)

If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request using the form below or by emailing our support team at support@streetleague.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Street League 1v1".

Your account deletion request has been submitted. Our team will verify and process your deletion within 7 business days.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our active systems:

User Profile: Full name, username, email address, phone number, and avatar.
Authentication Credentials: Password hashes, API security tokens, and active sessions.
Device Tokens: Push notification tokens (FCM) and hardware identifiers.
Match History & Leaderboards: In-game player statistics, match participation records, and ratings.

3. Data Retention & Legal Compliance

In accordance with financial compliance laws and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations:

Financial deposit and withdrawal transaction records processed through payment providers (such as Byte Africa) may be retained for statutory periods (up to 5�7 years) as required by financial regulators and tax authorities.
This retained data cannot be used for marketing, player profiling, or game access.

4. Processing Timeframe

Account deletion requests submitted via the web form or email are processed within 7 business days. Once finalized, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your account and personal records have been removed.
